Term and Conditions

Welcome to HGI East Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC.

The following terms are helpful to understand and may be used in Terms and Conditions, Contracts, Quotations, Invoices, Order Confirmations.

The company, Us, Our, We: Refers to our company HGI East Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC.

You, Customer, Your: Refers to the Customer; Us, Our, We: Refers sometimes to both the Company and Customer; Proforma: Refers to Sales Quotation; Goods: Refers to the Products.

Booking Order / Special Order: Refers to an Order that is imported at the request of the client. Purchase Order: Refers to the purchase agreement between Us and the Supplier. Offer Contract: Refers to the purchase agreement between the Customer and the Company.

Local Sales: Sales inside UAE(Outside Jebel Ali Free zone); Re-export Sales: Sales Outside UAE; Free zone Sales: Sales inside Jebel Ali free zone; VAT: Value Added Tax

Sales Conditions:

Local Sales:

  1. Price: AED
  2. Payment: 100% before delivery.
  3. Delivery Time: The products will be delivered within three working days of the payment confirmation.
  4. Cancellation: The Products may be canceled with a cancellation fee.
  5. Return: All electrical parts are non-returnable upon delivery. Other parts may be replaced within one month of delivery, only if there are manufacturing defects, subject to manufacturer approval and confirmation of delivery for a replacement.
  6. In accordance with UAE law, 5% VAT will be applied to the total ordered amount. A VAT claim can be filed for visitors.

Re-Export Sales :

  1. Price: AED, USD
  2. Payment : 100% before delivery
  3. Delivery Time: The products will be delivered within three working days of payment confirmation to the shipping lines. If the delivery is arranged from our side, the charges will be separate.
  4. Cancellation: The Products may be canceled with a cancellation fee.
  5. Return: All electrical parts are non-returnable upon delivery. Other parts may be replaced within one month of delivery, only if there are manufacturing defects, subject to manufacturer approval and confirmation of delivery for a replacement.

Booking Orders

Booking orders or special orders are orders made to our suppliers at the request of the client. The import is carried out for the needs of the client by signing a contract between us and our supplier in accordance with the company’s policy. And to place this type of order, the customer must sign an agreement(Offer Contract) with us. Please read the Terms and Conditions below.

  1. Price: As per Supplier’s Currency.
  2. Payment: 25% down payment before confirming the order, remaining 75% before shipment.
  3. Delivery Time: Will be informed as per Supplier’s confirmation.
  4. The goods will be dispatched within 10 days from the date of arrival at our warehouse. A delay in payment will result in a delay in delivery and the advance will be deducted.
  5. Local Sales – An additional 5% VAT will be charged. 
  6. Re-Export/ Free zone Sales – Tax-free, Shipment charges will be separate.
  7. Cancellation of the order within 2 weeks from the date of signing the contract – 15% of the ordered amount will be withheld as a penalty. Cancellation after 2 weeks is not allowed.

General Terms & Conditions:

  1. All products mentioned on the website are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
  2. The images used here are for demonstration purposes only and products may vary slightly.
  3. The prices are valid for 15 days from the quoted date and are subject to change.
  4. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company.
  5. One of our experts will contact you within 48 hours of submitting a quote or service request, provided the correct contact details are in the file.

Returns

Delivery Information

Products will be delivered within 3 days of payment confirmation on the shipping line / local market. As we work with many export clients, we are associated with some major shipping lines around the world to deliver your goods on time.

For our clients, we serve both sea transportation and air transportation services.

Cancellation Policy

Stock

Stock items may be canceled within 3 days of placing your order or preparing for shipment, whichever comes first. Once the shipment has started, the items cannot be canceled.

Booking Orders
